About Solvers Data Collector System (SDCS)


Solvers Data Collector System (SDCS) is a state of the art real-time data collection system from the field using mobile/tablet application. Effective data collection is important for organization and we can help you with this user friendly solution to ease the process. SDCS is a complete solution for all data collection requirements and can be customized as per need. SDCS comes with a Android application and a feature-rich dashboard. The application collect data (image, text, GPS location, date, numerical, multiple choice answer) and send to the server dashboard. The Dashboard allows a Manager to view all collected data, tracks of collectors activity in the field, along with configurable features and reports.

Data Collection Process


Traditional Data Collection Process:
  1. Data Collection Agent collect the data in Paper Forms
  2. The Filled Paper Forms send to the Head office
  3. In the Head office data entry operators type the data from paper form into computer sheets
  4. Supervisor verify accuracy, review data for errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and prepare report
  5. Top Management review the progress report send by Supervisor & take decisions
Proposed Data Collection Process:
  1. Data Collection Agent collect data with mobile apps
  2. Agents start sending the data via remote tower
  3. The data go through an API & stored in a stored in a secure database server in Head office
  4. Supervisor monitor the data collector agents & review the stored data in real time
  5. Top Management review the progress report in real time & take decisions

How It Works

  1. Download our apps from the Google Play for devices running Android (check Google Play for details).
  2. Start the application and sign in using an authorized account.
  3. Choose a form and download from server.
  4. Previously downloaded form can be found in "New Form" button and ready for start data collection.
  5. Saved form can be edited via the "Edit Form" button and deleted via the "Delete" button.
  6. After finishing a Form data that can be send to server dashboard via "Send Data" button.
